We have never seen a situation where it is needed for a screen room. We do have to be sure that any elevated deck or patio is in compliance with 2018 IRC codes.
If it becomes dusty or dirty generally a mild soapy solution with a hose is all that is needed.
Screen panels can be easily removed and replaces with a new piece of Tuff Screen.
Approximately 9.5 ft by 16 is the largest an opening can be. But is easy to add wood dividers for something larger.
